Requirements and Service Specifications

This RFQ invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the provision of Virtual Office and Coworking (Hot Desk) services in Makati. Quotes must reflect monthly payment terms and a maximum one-year contract, renewable upon mutual agreement. Vendors must clearly specify which inclusions are part of the base package and which items are optional or billed separately.

1. Virtual Office Requirements

1.1 Required Services

2. Coworking Space (1 Person, Hot Desking)

2.1 Required Services

  • Monthly Payment Term

  • 24/7 Office Access

  • 24/7 Onsite Admin Support

  • 24/7 Onsite IT Support

  • 24/7 Air Conditioning

  • 24/7 Security Guard Presence

  • Access Card

  • Housekeeping

  • Office Table with accessible electric outlets

  • Ergonomic Office Chair

  • Minimum 100 Mbps Internet, with 99.99% annual uptime

  • Printer and Scanner (printing cost may be charged separately)

  • Complimentary Hot and Cold Distilled Water

  • Soundproof Solo Pod (or equivalent private-call booth)

  • Comfort Room Access

  • Kitchenette with:

    • Sink

3. Vendor Submission Requirements

  • Brochure or service overview

4. Quotation Validity

  • All submitted quotations must remain valid for at least 30 days from the date of submission.
